I've had great experiences with Elements! I've never had a "poor" massage and the customer service is wonderful and understanding as life occurs to change things up.
I have had a number of massages at this location over the last 2 or 3 years. With each session I have found the staff to be very professional and attentive to my needs. In most cases the reason for my visit was due to a muscle-skeleton issue. In most if not all of the sessions has resulted in a relief of the pain. In all of the cases the issue was resolved in the first session.
In this case, I had lower back pain/spasms that heat alone could not resolve. After my one hour session my back pain was resolved and I have not has a reoccurrence in the last couple of days. Yesse took the time to evaluate my lower back pain and relax my lower back. I left pain free and with increased flexiblity.
