The staff at Elements are all very friendly, professional, and accommodating to client needs. I always leave feeling incredibly relaxed. They also take great care of their members, so I recommend doing the monthly membership!
The massage therapist Cinnamon did a great job. However, when I made the appointment I thought i was calling the edmond spa on danforth; your website could be more precise.
And when my mistake was discovered, the receptionist at the danforth location offered to call the location at 15th to let them know of the confusion and that i was on my way. I even asked her a second time if she would let them know. She didn’t.
So, when I arrived at the location at 15th , Cinnamon was getting ready to leave.

Everyone is welcoming and professional. They are so in tune with listening to your needs and tailoring your experience to best benefit your health. I often walk in carrying a lot, but I walk out relaxed and energized.
