The greeting when you walk in is warm and welcoming. I’ve had a great experience each time. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, organized and comfortable. My last visit I had Jamie as my therapist. Wow! He really took the time to work on areas that needed attention. He provided a relaxing and releasing visit. Can’t wait for my next one!
The staff is always so pleasant and very efficient with everything from check in to check out. The environment from the time you walk in is very relaxing. The massages are amazing. Robbin is amazing!

I love everything about Elements! I love how they make me feel as soon as I walk in the door, warm and welcome. I love my massage therapist who has taken the time to get to know my body, and is friendly and chatty when I feel like talking and quiet and peaceful when I don't. I love getting facials and their product line...which is the gift that keeps on giving! Every time I wash my face I feel like I'm right back on the table, all relaxed and blissed out! I love their member monthly deals and promos, it helps me feel like this level of self-care is worth the money and they respect that.

The front desk staff were welcoming, informative, and friendly. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing. Jacob, my massage therapist, is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and considerate. He is, in my opinion, immensely skilled and his passion is clearly evident - he made me feel comfortable and listened attentively to my concerns / issues and provided the exact care that I needed. I have become a member in order to work with him on a regular basis. He is such an asset to Elements massage and to me as a client. I greatly look forward to many more visits working with Jacob - I feel that he will assist me in achieving my health / fitness goals as I work to rebuild my body after spinal surgery. Thank you!

Therapist covered all areas in the 90 minutes without a redirection. Other therapists have failed to cover arms, or legs, or feet. Right amount of pressure .
Kathryn is always so great and accommodating. I e never gotten even a mediocre masssge from her… every single one, for years, has been top notch.
Christi was amazing. I got a prenatal massage with her. She gave me the perfect pressure and made sure I was comfortable throughout my massage.

Fast and easy to use
The 5 different massage therapists I've experienced so far have been excellent! I would recommend Elements Massage Park City to everyone who wants a fantastic massage.
However, I had a facial at Elements Massage Park City in March 2025 and it RUINED the skin on my face! I can't believe nobody said anything when they processed my payment at checkout. My face BEFORE the facial was practically flawless, I had many facials in the past and everyone told me how great my skin was. After previous facials (3-4/year since 2012), my face always looked amazing. But since this Facial at Elements, I've been to a dermatologist 4 times & tried 4 different treatments. But for the past 13 months my face has been red, blotchy, and pimply!!! I know I signed a waiver, but I should at least have received a REFUND. My face has been an EMBARRASSMENT ever since my facial at Elements Park City.
