I love that my membership allows me to always get a massage scheduled in advance for a discounted price. I love the flexibility of the hours so I can get a massage in the day or early evening then go right home to bed all relaxed.
Went for a stretch appointment and was pleased. I felt like I got a really good stretch as I am very inflexible. Not painful, but felt just the right amount of tension I needed.

I love the way Sarah tailors my massages to address my problem areas along with creating a relaxing atmosphere. I have had pain in my left hip and also a problem with my right Achilles tendon, and after my massage I have very little pain.
