Barbara is an amazing therapist, and had excellent texhnique. She did several che k ins too on temperature & pressure which I really appreciated. The only bad part was that it didn’t last long enough!!

I have been able to locate a therapist there that is able to give me the massage I want - the right attention, the right pressure etc. I have tried a few other therapists both there and in your Cary NC location. The one I have landed with in NH is perfect for me.
All of the staff we interacted with were very nice. Our massages were great, and the couples room was comfortable, with enough space so you weren’t focused on the other person’s treatment.

The front desk staff are so very friendly, understanding, and kind. They know the therapists' modalities and recommend someone to try - they've never been wrong! The therapists are knowledgeable and have been some of the few people to reduce my pain and tightness. Travis, Josh, and Becky are lifesavers for me! I look forward to my sessions because I know I will leave far better than I came in.

Although several of my “go to” therapists have left Elements since I first started my membership, I have found one who is superb above all others. Just hoping that that therapist is there to stay.
