Ireland has been excellent. Over time she has really learned my trigger points and areas that need the most emphasis. She skillfully applies the right amount of pressure to meet my needs. Her personality is one that has made me feel comfortable and cared for in each session.
Professional, polite and helpful
I had a massage at Elements Massage Arcadia on June 20, 2026, with a therapist who had a last-minute opening around 12:45 PM. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but I wanted to make sure she receives recognition for the outstanding service she provided.
I've been getting massages for many years, and she had the best hand technique I've ever experienced. Her pressure, attention to detail, and ability to find and work problem areas were truly exceptional. I left feeling better than I have after any massage I can remember.
In fact, I had stopped by the location intending to cancel my membership due to budget concerns. After my session with her, I changed my mind because the experience reminded me of the value of having access to a therapist with that level of skill and professionalism.
Please pass along my sincere appreciation to the therapist who worked with me that day. She is a tremendous asset to your team, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.

Have had pretty good to great experiences with my massage therapists. The front desk people are always friendly, bubbly, welcoming.
The front desk staff is very helpful and the massage experience, regardless of masseuse, is always very good. Personally, I prefer deep tissue massage and I have never walked away disappointed. Recommend Sun Prairie, WI Elements Massage without reservation!
