First of all: it smells nice when you walk in. My therapist was very knowledgeable about the muscle groups and how they affect your joints and nerve bundles. She was able to relieve my headache and asked pertinent questions before and during.

I want to gatekeep her but I can’t because she’s fantastic. Emily is absolutely incredible and I can’t recommend her enough. My most recent massage was so good I immediately texted a friend after singing her praises. Emily always does a great job but this session in particular she really outdid herself. I named the knot in my left shoulder because it’s been around so long but Emily got it the closest it’s ever been to being gone since it formed. Beyond happy with my experience here so far.

I am extremely pleased that there was an opportunity to try a few different massage therapists with different techniques before working with Ireland. Her description in the on-line profile corresponded well with my initial experience. Ireland individualizes her approaches, uses feedback well and applies the right amount of pressure and focus to areas most in need. She is pleasant, thoughtful and gracious in her manner. The massages are therapeutic, relaxing and stress-reducing. It is difficult to return to the "real world" after this hour or hour and a half but the positive impact is felt for the next few days.

I love Elements because of the people. You can get a massage anywhere but Elements always make sure you feel taken care of. I had an excellent massage with Cory at Elements Massage! He was professional, attentive, and really listened to what I needed. He focused on the areas that were causing me discomfort and used just the right amount of pressure throughout the session. I left feeling much more relaxed, with significantly less tension and pain. Cory is clearly skilled at what he does, and I truly appreciate the care and attention he provided.
