Client Testimonials

Great experience, great massage, best night of sleep in a long time,! Thank you and I’ll be back in a few weeks

Great massage therapists

I had the most amazing experience with Kit.
She was extremely professional, patient, attentive, and considerate.

Her pressure levels were perfect, I couldn't have chosen a better Therapist, Thank you Kit.

The facility meets you with a sense of peace and tranquility. You can't help but to calm yourself when you walk in.

The staff's personality has married that of the facility. My team and I plan to schedule more sessions in the very near future. #ELEMENTSforPRESIDENT 🤗

Deborah was fantastic. She listened to my issues of concern and addressed them with her techniques. Going in my pain was appropriate 8 out of 10 . After her working on me in a 90 minute session I left walking without the use of my cane and almost 24 hours later I would say my pain level is 4 out of 10

Great job Deborah

Evelyn gives THE BEST therapeutic massage!

Kitt was amazing! Helped relieve the built up tension I had in my neck and shoulders and gave me an all around relaxing experience! She really makes sure that you are pampered!

There are a variety of services and technicians.

Very relax!!

Love my massages and facials. The staff care about the needs of their clients

First time with Jackie as my therapist! She is phenomenal! She listened to me to know exactly how to make all my pain go away! and where she spent the extra time fixing. I've had many massages where a therapist kinda " just went through the motions " not Jackie! She genuinely made me fell that she cared about my health! I definitely will be asking to schedule with her in the future.
Thank you, Jackie!

Facility was nice quiet and clean. Chris was incredible. Very professional and friendly. I am looking forward to my next visit already

I have already gone to the trouble to do a survey on google and it was answered by the manager. I do not see the need to do another one.

Jennifer was amazing. I would recommend her to my friends. I was hoping for future facial service.

Thank you

Massage was glorious!

I liked the fact that when I went in my lower back was hurting and now it's not

Convenience - they send reminders with openings. All the therapists are great. Never had a bad massage!

Professional

Great people and great environment!!

Sara was amazing and I have already booked another appointment with her. I have never had a bad experience at Elements, and I appreciate your friendly customer service as well. Everyone at the front desk is friendly and welcoming, and the massage specialists have always been very professional and competent.

I have only recently switched from the Needham location to the West Newton location and have been impressed with the front desk staff as well as the massage therapists.

I always get treated well and the service is great.

Victoria has been providing me massages for the past 4 months since she started there and does a fabulous job of finding and working out the kinks in my muscles.

Anthony was the best! He addressed all my needs, inquired about pressure levels and gave me a recommendation. I will definitely come see him again!

Excellent service from start to finish

Kevin is always great.
