The booking and scheduling process is simple and efficient. The staff and my therapist are easy to work with and pleasant. The therapist understands my needs and addresses them before our session starts. I have been a long time and very satisfied client.

Excellent personal care from my therapist
When I started getting monthly facials at Elements I had extremely dry, sensitive skin and severe TMJ and tension headaches, and I could barely tolerate even the most basic exfoliant. Thanks to Jamieās incredible product knowledge, patience, and customized approach, my skin is so much less red and Iāve been able to graduate all the way to the Advanced Age Defy Facial with absolutely no issues! The results have been amazing, and the products Jamie recommended for home have made such a huge difference. But one of my favorite parts is her facial massage because it helps relax my jaw so much that my tension headaches are now way less frequent. Iām so grateful for Jamieās expertise and patience throughout the process. I canāt recommend her enough!

The Campbell location is very close to where I live. Easy access, plenty of parking. Front desk staff are very friendly. Therapy rooms are compact, but comfortable.

My first experience was that all staff were very helpful and my therapist was knowledgeable and easy to talk with.
The massage was a 10 out of 10 and Abby was very sweet .

First time there to get a trigger point massage. The massage was painful but not in a bad way. I have chronic pain in my neck, shoulders, and hips and cervicogenic headaches everyday. Limited mobility in my left arm. I had so many knots and tight muscles. I walked out of there lose and light as a feather. The day of, before my massage I was in tears and I couldnāt take it anymore. Itās been 4 days since my massage and no headaches. I feel so much better. My shoulder is still hurting some and I did have better mobility. I will continue to go every few weeks! The young lady at front desk ( I think her name was Ahmiya ) was extremely friendly and professional setting the tone for my whole experience. The massage was excellent. I rarely fall asleep but did this time due to how relaxed I was. Overall excellent service!
