This location is always very friendly, professional and welcoming. My massage therapist I go to, Nicole, is the absolute best. I have started and stopped memberships over the years as I jaut never found the person who made it worth while to keep going. Nicole absolutely has made me keep my membership since my first appointment with her. She is incredibly kind and listens to what I need, checks on me through out the massage and always checks in after with anything she noticed. She gives the absolutely HANDS DOWN BEST MASSAGE EVER. She is incredible and I will continue to go to her as long as I can.

Elements in Medford Square is a great escape in busy little city. Just a couple steps takes you from the traffic and noise of High Street into serenity! The therapists, front desk staff, and managers make it such a welcoming and relaxing place.

Start to finish it was a great experience. The gal at the front walked me through the process and what to expect. The masseuse was courteous and listened to my specific needs. They gave to good recommendations to try and further help heal my body. Hard to not be a local because I do not qualify for membership prices.

Matthew is exceptionally skilled at massage therapy. I have been receiving massage services from him on and off for the past six years. In 2021, I experienced severe pain in my right arm that radiated down into my hand, and his treatments helped me heal and regain comfort.
Recently, the pain returned after five years, and I have started seeing him again. I am hopeful that his expertise will help me recover once more.
Matthew’s massage techniques are truly unique. Whether you need deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, or a relaxing massage, he has an incredible ability to tailor his approach to your needs. He is gifted, highly knowledgeable, and exceptionally good at what he does. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding massage therapist.
