I have had many massage therapist over the years and have had marginal massages. Recently I have tried a new therapist who has been nothing but phenomenal, she listens to what is needed and really focuses on what is needed, this is Katie at the 59th Union hills studio. Her ability to locate problem area is remarkable. I appreciate her patience and willingness to understand my situation. She has a great attitude towards people. I would highly recommend her to all my family and friends. The other thing I must note is the bubbly and friendly face of Kaylee who runs the front desk. Real professional, and is always very polite. Both of them are good and very genuine people. Much appreciated!
The therapists are consistently dynamite and the front office staff is extremely accommodating.

My therapist was very attentive to my needs which I really appreciated. Usually I like a deeper massage but I was having back and migraine issues and just needed 1 step under deep tissue massage. I told him I just needed to figuratively put some WD 40 on my body so everything would unstick and circulate. The office manager was also very kind. She also gave the therapist a heads up that I had a migraine. Sometimes I have been to a massage facility (not Elements) and the therapist thinks they know best and has actually injured me before because they ignored when I said they were pressing too hard/needed to put more pressure. I also liked that your intake form had questions on areas that one would or would not like to be touched. There are some therapists (again not Elements) that have performed Psoas and stomach massage on me without my consent. I am paying good money and want to relax, not feel like I am being tortured.
I have seen 3 different therapists (I think) so far, and each one of them was great. I like deep tissue and all delivered that, in different ways but, all good.
Deb was absolutely incredible and made me feel so comfortable. She made sure the environment and the vibe of the room was relaxed, which is exactly what I needed!

I normally see Laura (and sometimes Jennifer) and they are both wonderful. They listen to my needs and accurately address them. Laura is good about knowing and remembering my ailments from visit to visit. The front desk staff is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend coming here!

The massage is always wonderful, the staff is very nice and the facility is clean and quiet.
Staff and Therapist are top notch. Always a smiling face greeting you! One thing I would like to see addressed is the cleanliness of the rugs. They either need to be replaced or shampooed. They have outlived their life expectancy.
