Mark gave me a superb and thorough deep tissue massage! He concentrated on my problem areas and I felt amazing afterwards. We had an enjoyable conversation on multiple topics which made me feel revitalized not only physical but spiritual and emotional. I left there immediately looking forward to my next session. I would highly recommend Mark because he’s a great listener and respectfully responded to my all my concerns and trouble areas. I had never had a massage before and wasn't all that sure what to expect. I had read good reviews of Elements and thought I would try it for my tight neck and shoulders. The website was very informative and made it easy to book appointments. When I went in for my appointment, everyone was very helpful and explained things to me. Kaylani M was my masseuse and she is phenomenal at what she does! She was very patient with a newbie and listened to what I was looking for and was very attentive to the areas that needed work. She even sent me home with recommendations for areas to stretch and recommendations for my next massage (because I already made my next appointment!).

The atmosphere at Elements puts me in a zone all by itself. Staff is friendly and helpful. I have had massages with First name removed & Sally and would recommend them highly. Both help with my chronic pain. I have done hot stone with both of them and enjoy the results. Cupping is also very helpful.

I had my 3rd visit with Yolanda and wanted to recognize her personally. I have 2 herniated disks in my back and suffer from significant back, neck, hip and leg pain. I have been to many other massage therapists over the years. I can say by far Yolanda has been the only provider to ever truly remove the tension I experience and offer me both immediate and long term relief from our sessions. I look forward to continuing to experience the benefits of continued visits with Yolanda and hope she receives recognition for her talent and attention to my specific needs.
