Front desk staff are courteous and kind. The massage therapist, Matte, is always fantastic and we either have great conversations or they let me enjoy the massage in relaxing silence, whatever I feel like on the day. She listens to me and my needs when I come in and my body always feels so much better afterwards!
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. It was a comfortable experience for a person who seldom gets a massage.
