From the moment you walk thru the front door the atmosphere is very welcoming! The front office staff are very pleasant and friendly and my massage therapist is awesome.
Consistently clean, quiet, peaceful. Professional desk staff. Amanda, my therapist, asks detailed questions about my needs and gives me exactly what I request. She’s always professional and sensitive to my sore spots. I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Lorraine Gengo LMT stands out as one of the most exceptionally skilled massage therapists I have had the pleasure of working with. She possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge, an exceptional intuitive understanding of the body's tissues, and a remarkable ability to identify the root cause of muscular tension and pain. The value she provides through her services is tremendous.
I liked the lady who did my massage, very knowledgeable about the subject
Staff is very good and attentive to how you like your massage or facial.
Friendly, well trained, competent staff. Cleanliness of facilities. Can not be more enthusiastic about our experience. My wife and I Have been a biweekly seasonal client for over 15 years.
I never have the same massage techniques 2x.?every time I go I’ve had different techniques and the therapist finds areas that need addressing . I feel more flexible ,can stand up straighter , have less tension in shoulders, neck, jaw- feel lighter - more alive .
Always feel amazing when I leave!!
It’s always a pleasure coming here! I was grateful they had a last minute opening to help massage my jaw as I’m dealing with TMJ. It provided me so much relief and Tyler did an amazing job!!!
Laura was awesome!!
I can get a massage when I need one. I may have to wait a day or so, if I decide to at the last minute.
I am happy with the therapist and they help my body stay young and minimize any aches I may be carrying.
Here’s a polished review that keeps it personal and genuine:
I’ve been going to Elements Massage in Chester on a monthly basis, and I’ve had an excellent experience every time. Cassandra is an exceptional massage therapist. I typically get a deep tissue massage, and she clearly knows what she’s doing—she seems to be able to identify knots and areas of tension without any prompting and knows exactly how to work them out.
I always leave feeling better than when I arrived, and I really appreciate Cassandra’s skill and professionalism. I highly recommend her and have thoroughly enjoyed my experiences at Elements Massage.
I don’t usually do well with massages but Audrey was amazing. I felt comfortable with her. Thank you.
The therapists are all amazing. The updates and communication and the front desk people are so friendly.
Elements Massage has literally changed my life! I suffer from neck and back pain and Marissa has been a lifesaver. I feel the tension and stress melt away and come out a new person after my massage. I can tell such a difference if I skip any sessions with her so I try to see her as much as possible! I also love that they’ve implemented stretching, and I’m trying that next week!
I've been going to Elements Laguna Niguel since 2018 and have never had a bad experiense with James.
Clean environment nice people, therapist was great
Maddie, was very professional, nice, and friendly. She also did a fantastic job on getting this muscle pain in my neck out.
The front desk personnel are very friendly and explain things well. My massage session with Jenni was productive & her massage techniques helped alleviate the tightness in my back and neck.
Everyone is always very friendly and kind.
Weston was my massage therapist and he did a fantastic job, great pressure. I like a firm pressure, because I workout and work in healthcare so my shoulders and back are always hurting. Weston helped relieve some of the pain I was having, thank you!
I loved my massage with Nicole!! I’ll
Recommend her 100%!! Thanks
Dave, the LMT, was great and so was the front desk associate.
