The massage therapist (Kasey) was fantastic - very professional, listened to my concerns and took care of them. The front desk staff was also very helpful and friendly. The place is clean, quiet and offers some nice add on's like scent (if you want it.) Care is also taken to respect all aspects of clients' privacy.

Liz is amazing! Honestly, I tried three different massage therapists, and all are great, but Liz is unbelievable. I can't count how many people I've referred to her, but they couldn't find an appointment because she's always fully booked. My only feedback: clone Liz. She is AMAZING!

I LOVE my massages & facials from Elements Massage! Any massage therapist or esti I’ve seen here has always created a calm and relaxing atmosphere and done a wonderful massage or facial. They have all made sure to check in with me throughout the session to see if they needed to make any adjustments and have always worked there magic so when I leave I’m feeling better than when I came in. Also love the front desk team and how helpful and friendly they all are. Coolest team ever! 🤍

I came in for a massage on a Saturday with Jordan. I had severe lower lack pain for 6 days. I tied stretching, ibuprofen, relaxers and wine with no releif. I couldn't run, walk or sit for very long. I told Jordan and he proceeded to massage my upper back, lower back, thighs and calfs. It was painfully pleasant. After, he explained to me that it wasn't so much my lower back that needed stretching. It was my thighs. He showed me some stretches before leaving. That day I was in alot of pain again but proceeded with the stretches, muscle relaxers, ibuprofen and lots of water. The following day I felt like I got hit by a truck. I new this was coming and that ment Jordan worked really hard on my problem areas. I drank lots of water did more stretching and took muscle relaxers. Then Monday came around. I felt AMAZING! Pain went from a 10 for 7 days to a 4! I did my stretching Jordan recommended, no muscle relaxers and the following day (Tuesday) the pain was a 2! I finally went for a easy run and felt no pain, then a longer 6 mile run on the mountain 2 days later. Today is friday (6 days post massage) and the pain is a 1 if I sit to long but goes away after a short stretch and movement. Thank you so much Jordan for helping me identify the root cause of the pain and your recommendations! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! 🙏
