Clean, friendly, felt great after massage
The people at the front desk welcome you as if they've known you all their lives. They make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of while you wait for your masseuse, which is never very long. Your masseuse does everything they can to make you experience effective and therapeutic. My husband gave me the gift of one massage each month for a year, and it is something I look forward to and enjoy more than you can imagine!

Starr is incredible! I've probably gotten massages from 5 or 6 different people at this branch and she's the best. The women up front are always very sweet and welcoming when I walk in and before I leave.

The best front reception staff ever, from ash to Stephanie to Kimberly and to all the rest. Although I have used Glen and Steven A and Rodman, and I am now with Livi who is the most polite and most professional masseur I have had in a long time. He is truly the best. I've been a customer of over 3 years and I stay because of how you treat me.

My facial was amazing! It was so relaxing and the results were great.
My masseuse Sarah was incredible. She talked to me briefly before the session to ask questions about specifics to help the experience. She also was good with pressure during the session and tending to everything I asked while also addressing my body as a whole.
They know my name when greeting me and it's always a warm comforting welcome. They are very knowledgeable in their field and reduce/relieve my muscle pain/tension.

Friendly Attentive staff, relaxing atmosphere
Angel did a great job with my massage. She was a good listener and paid attention to comments, etc.

I had not been for a massage in quite some time and was a little nervous, but Susan made me feel very comfortable. She listened to everything I said about a fall I had recently and pain I was experiencing from that. My massage was very relaxing, as well as giving relief from pain and stiffness. I will be back for sure.
Therapists always provide a quality massage and try their best to accommodate your preferences.
Jasmine was fantastic at facials. She explained each product and how it helped my skin. And she was able to diagnose what my skin needed, hydration. She also had a very good therapeutic voice and massage, sent me to sleep multiple times.
Great staff
Quick and easy just wish prices could be cheaper for us that drive 2 hours to get there. Being a member doesn't work when you are as far away as me.
The service is fantastic don't have to wait.
