Matt, was a great inspector. He came a half hour early to get everything set up. He walked thru the house explained everything, answered every questions/concerns I had. He's very professional and knowledgeable at what he do.

Inspector missed a broken shingle on the roof, it is cleraly seen in a photo. My wife saw it and we raised it with the construction manage who is sending a crew to fix it.
