We used David Furry and he was absolutely great! Seemed very honest and knowledgeable while keeping our best interest in mind. We received great advice from him and are very thankful he was our inspector since we have heard bad things in the past about inspectors not always being the most trustworthy. Overall very happy about the service from Dave and Amerispec.

Cela se voit et s’entend qu’il a l’expérience pour accompagner et repondre aux questions des futurs acheteurs tour au llong de l’inspection. Excellent inspection report! Very easy to navigate, terms that wouldn't be common knowledge have definitions built right into the report, and the maintenance tips/recommended professionals bits are absolutely amazing. Our inspector Vern was simply fantastic and has no equal; he was very comfortable to be around, extraordinarily pleasant and helpful, and incredibly thorough. He took time to explain things, never made you feel stupid for not knowing something just taught you and explained it flawlessly; I really feel like I have a better handle on being a homeowner after Vern went through these things with us. Just an all out fabulous experience.

Chase was extremely efficient.
I don't think there was an inch of this house that wasn't inspected. He cleaned up after his self. What impressed me the most was when he sat down with us and explained the results. He used language that I could understand! I would recommend this company and
Chase to anyone.

Trevor was the inspector and he was thorough, and very detailed in his inspection and report. Well versed in current code requirements. His verbal report after his inspection was easy to understand for a lay-person and he was always willing to explain in more detail when requested. This process of buying and selling a house is very stressful and this part ended up being much easier than expected.

I found Justin to be a very nice man. He was respectful of our home, friendly and answered all my questions.

Patrick, who performed the original, and follow up inspection was extremely professional. He took the time to explain his findings and offered useful insight into the overall state of my home in terms of energy efficiency. He was on time, easily reached, and I would strongly recommend him as an advisor and by default and Amerispec. It was a painless and informative experience.

Reg was open, honest, and answered all of our questions. The report was very detailed, helpful and included pictures which was a bonus.

Michael my inspector was so thorough and informative. He made me a part of the whole process of inspecting my home. Michael showed where important things were (furnace, water pump, electrical panel) and how they operate. No longer intimidated by being a single female homeowner!

Inspecteur très sympathique mais certaines de ses recommandations n'étaient pas justifiées.

David was a true professional with a ton of knowledge when it comes to homes. His effective communication style allowed for my wife and I to easily comprehend the information David had for us, and allowed for great client/inspector interaction. We certainly recommend David to anyone in a similar situation, and would absolutely use him in the future again ourselves.
