The inspector shows the client things that they find + things to help maintain the house & what can improve things too. The client can ask questions & not feel rushed or looked down on.

Dave is always a thorough inspector, very knowledgeable about local bylaws and homes. The most important part is he knows how to explain things to the clients. Every home has problems even new builds, being able to explain the problems, pricing to fix and pros and cons is absolutely key when doing an inspection!
