You couldn't done better ensuring the task that you were suppose to do would be done promptly , when problems arise you could have contacted my realtor to make the inspection got done sooner . I'm not very pleased with your company & not sure I would use you again .
The process was simple and efficient. I called, the inspector arrived, and the report was completed in a timely manner. Buying a house is daunting, especially with all of the requirements. Amerispec Home Inspection Service helped make the process a bit easier.

Stuart was incredibly knowledgeable! He walked me through the entire house, explained everything that was wrong, and even offered advice on how to fix things. His report at the end was super detailed. I would definitely recommend him and Amerispec!
