My inspector was friendly and knowledgeable, took his time in explaining the process,
Once again I trusted Brian Callahan with AmeriSpec to do a home inspection on my buyers' home purchase. Everything was thoroughly reviewed and thoughtfully explained to the buyers. I have recommended this company for many years because the Woodfords stand behind their employees and I trust them to follow up even after the close of escrow if necessary.
I just wanted to say thanks to my home inspector Heather. Very professional, friendly and got the job done. The final report was sent to me in a short amount of time so I could move on to the next step in my renovations. Would certainly recommend to a friend.

Justin Spak was thorough and informative. Answered lots of questions and pointed out areas where I could continue to make improvements around our old (200 years...) house.
