Hi, I've been waiting for months, almost a year now to get my rebate. I've had very little communication, and when I called3 or 4 months ago the only response was that they'd check into it.
Could somebody please contact me to see whats up?
Jesse did our initial inspection and final one as well. He was great. Since then(a year ago) I don't know whats going on.

Not a very good experience honestly. Some things in the report were not correct and other were missed and incorporated the next day. Given that my realtor had set up such a high level of expectations on the inspection, it ended up being very disappointed and unfortunately it influenced me to not go forward with the purchase.

Very lengthy process. Took over a month to get my initial visit, and it’s almost been two weeks and I haven’t received my report. The on-site gentleman left me with zero information on the rebates I may be eligible for. $600.00 for an hours of work??
