I did not receive the full inspection report. It was sent to my realtor only. It was also not clear what was included in appliance inspection (ages or equipment not provided).

Josh was great! He was honest and thorough! He didn't mince words and got great pictures of what we needed to get fixed.

The honest appraisal. No beating around the bush. We have now used this company for 3 moves. There is also a full written or digital report for your use and retention. My last report was 100 pages complete with illustrations. Definitely would recommend this company.

Vern is not an alarmist - he fairly informed the buyer of the home's issues without scaring the buyer. He was very informative and knowledgeable. That is MUCH appreciated.

Our realtor recommended us, and it was excellent advice. We worked with Kevin Curry, and he did an amazing job. Especially since we are first home buyers, it was a great learning opportunity for us, as we walked through the home, and he showed and explained everything that he could see and what he was thinking, and any thoughts he would have if he was in our shoes as the potential home owner. He made sure to talk with us about our questions and concerns as well, and as home novices, we had many questions.

To sum up, Kevin was efficient, thorough, knowledgeable and kind, and this was a good experience for us. Thank you!
