Reg was very professional. He answered my emails promptly. The day of inspection he was on time, was very thorough and explained everything during the inspection.

Cancelled at 8:55 AM before my appointment at 9:00 AM, when the tech could have called hours before. I had booked a half day off work, as well as already dropped my dogs off at the kennel by 7:30AM. This appointment cost me over $200 and I am without an inspection report. To make it right you could reimburse me my half day of pay as well as the cost of boarding my dogs for the day.
Colleen Brand performed a very complete inspection. She was very friendly and was willing to explain each item as she worked. I would definitely hire or recommend her again.

We liked that the inspection wasn’t intrusive , and the work plan was described clearly prior, and the benefits of inspection related to cost of insulation of home ,were explained .
The service tech, he was very helpful in the process by breaking down everything that he found & even if I did not understand something he was quick to explain it and how it works, great customer service, very polite, I recommend a raise on his behalf.

Very professional friendly service. Punctual. Explained in detail the process . What is needed to submit to the government for rebates. Only issue was they could of explained better the wait time for the report to be finalized and available to me.

The AmeriSpec Team is always my first call when I get a Buyer into contract!
