The email sent out for the post assessment that has the final report. It would be nice if the next step instructions to apply for the loan were included in the email rather than having to find the instruction within one of the report documents.

1. The inspection was thorough.
2. The report has photos which made it easy to see what and where the defects and deficiencies were.
3. The report had information about the type of professionals were needed to repair the deficiencies and defects.
4. The inspector was pleasant to work with and talk to.

The inspection was thorough. Each part was explained to us and excellent advice was provided.
The appraisal was not done thoroughly. He found things wrong in one area but missed the same infractions in other areas. Missed several electrical issues that are true safety hazzards. I paid $800 for this appraisal and he missed at least 4 FHA issues that would fall on me if I go through with the purchase. I feel very cheated. I thought he was there to protect me! This was definitely not a professional appraisal. Feel free to contact me for further details
