Friendly, approachable and comprehensive. Lingo was professional, courteous and knowledgeable
Dave is very personable and provides layman terms in discussing his findings with the Buyers.
His review of the property is thorough and also allows for plenty of time for Buyers to ask questions/get clarification.
In this specific inspection, we were VERY appreciable that Dave uses thermo to view the house considering he discovered an active leak that needed immediate attention which would not have been detected without further damage being done.

I know the condo was listed as on a slab. It’s not. The inspector didn’t know there was a crawl space until my son pointed it out to him. He didn’t go too far under the house because of all the water under there. I never would have known that if my son had not accompanied me to the inspection. The inspectors report isn’t complete, as now l need another inspection under the dwelling after the Management Group drains the water.
