Every inspector I have ever used at AmeriSpec has been thorough and explained things well as they went through the house. They are my first recommendation!

Let's start with Dakota, who is so friendly and accommodating. You can "hear" her smile over the phone. I so appreciate her patience with me each time I called. Next, Mike Kraus, our inspector, was extremely thorough and professional. He was, also, friendly and patient-- as I was asking him what felt like a million questions during the actual inspection! I never felt like I was annoying or bothering him. As a matter of fact, he offered some great advice and suggestions.
Based on both of my experiences, I would absolutely recommend AmeriSpec Inspection Services. Thanks, again, for everything!

Quick and easy to book an appointment and the appointment itself was simple and straightforward. Linto, the individual who came and did the inspection was great and made sure I got the information I needed while I was trying to entertain a toddler and dog. He made the process easy for me.

Cory is awesome to deal with. He knows his stuff, and always put the clients mind at ease during an inspection. If something if not right or a major issue, he won't shy away from giving client the right advice about the home. Highly recommend Cory and Amerispec.

Very professional, proficient and friendly. Pre and post inspections were very thorough for the greener home energy grant. Upgrade options and recommendations were well explained and the post audit showed positive results from the completed recommendations.
It was easy to set up the inspection and it occurred quickly. The contractor used to conduct the inspection was very courteous and very knowledgeable.
The paperwork that followed was easy to read and provided us with great information about our home.
Overall, the entire process was great.
In these times, where service has gone down hill tremendously, this was a very welcomed experience.

i've paid for your services in full and you did the inspection and did not send me a copy of the home inspection that was completed well over seven business days and all ive gotten was a run around

I like the modern use of tools to produce the report. I also like how thorough you did your procedures and concern with safety too like the tools you used, safety equipment you have to wear when you go under the crawl space it shows how you value safety and the details of the inspection.

I am feed up with the unexpected phone calls about your "extended services". All I needed and paid was a Home Inspection, if by mistake I signed an underlying consent form included in your initial contract agreement, I need you to disregard it, if that is the case.
One more call from a third party services will force me to contact the BBB and submit a formal complaint against your company.
