Three weeks to get an appointment and two weeks to get the report is a very long time when people are in need of quickly applying for the rebates and government loan programs.
Long drawn out process, and I still haven't received my results from the inspection. Feels like a waste of money, I might miss out on the government rebates because of lack of response from amerispec.

Horrible experience, Rob not returning calls or emails. It took 6 months just to schedule a final inspection. Calls to the main office dont do anything. Did not reply to a BBB inquiry. Horrible, horrible experience. Excuse was the global warming. Why did it take so long just to schedule a final inspection??

Very great company to do an inspection. But however i didn’t like the fact i had to pay a cancellation fee due to bad weather. For example if it’s a hurricane the night before i still need to make it to my appointment or else I’ll have to pay a 75 dollar fee for canceling.
