I always use David for my home inspections. He is very knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly with my clients. He also gets reports back in a timely manner.
We loved how thorough Trevor was and also how friendly he was! We also enjoy the partnership with homebinder and all thay brings.
Polite, clean, efficient, helpful
The inspector was very nice but on the final he showed up at 10:15 when the appointment was for 2:15 and did not call to see if that was convenient. There were also a lot of muddy footprints left in our front hall from when he did the leakage test in the door. A call on the time change would have been appreciated and little more respect for our home.
