Make a check list of things to do, for example; after turning down the gas of the water heater, to turn it back to the setting it was.
Everything else was great, technician did a good job.

Brian was very nice and explained everything that I was able to understand.
Stephen was a great inspector, as a first time home buyer I had many questions and he was willing to answer them all. He also allowed me to follow him as he did the inspection and explained to me what to look for and pointed out things I had missed during my original walkthrough.

Not asking for required doc ie (copy of enbridge statement and property tax roll #) in Advance if day of inspection. Then sending info to inspectors person email address and not the office?
5 weeks for feed back / report. How do we plan/ book reno if we r waiting another month + to start even think about what we should up grade.
