Fast, efficient, and thorough.
The inspector was very informative. And pointed out some things in my home that I could easily fix to save energy. Also, gave me some pointers of how to save money when purchasing insulation products for my home. It was interesting to see how well insulated my home was at the moment. Leaving room for some improvement. I’ll definitely be beefing up some of my home insulation not that I know where to start. They provided me with a list of eligible retrofits and grants from the Canada greener homes grant program. Some of the stuff there I qualified for. Very pleasantly surprising. Very professional. Friendly and informative
I was definitely satisfied with the inspection. It was an older home and needed a thorough inspection and that’s was it got. So many issues with the house that we walked away. We are at retirement age and did not need to walk into a money pit. I will highly recommend this company!
I was very impressed with the quick turnaround of their services. It was also nice that they arranged for all of the inspections that I wanted…whole house, termite, sewer and radon. All at a very good price!

Haven't disappointed, it's just too early to ask this question. I haven't received the report yet and there's been no follow-up inspection. This seems like a later question.
Vern was incredibly thorough and found things that the current owners had no idea about, including an unground oil tank! He potentially saved us hundreds of thousands, on top of the environmental damage that may be averted, due to his attention to detail. I would 100% recommend Vern to anyone and would use him again if needed in the future.
The inspection was very thorough.
Excellent recommendations, and excellent aid. The poor guy also had to fight our attic hatch and install a handle to get it open. He also somehow managed to eyeball the handle location and stuck it dead centre which is not relevant but was impressive. Everything was very clearly laid out for us, and the super handy chart made the very confusing government information crystal clear. Will absolutely recommend, and I am really excited to get the work done!
Our inspector, Josh Tendick, was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and did a superb job communicating his findings to us, emphasizing the things he felt were most critical. I’ve moved a number of times, and Josh was easily the best home inspector I’ve ever worked with! I would work with him again, and recommend him to any of my friends.
