Scheduling the inspection was so easy and Trevor, our inspector, completed a very thorough inspection and did an awesome inspection recap by phone with my out of town buyer. Trevor found a number of things to consider that a previous inspector had missed.
The people at Amerispec were great to deal with. They were very professional, punctual and provided great information on how to improve the efficiency of my home. They also looked after my application for the government rebates I was in titled to saving me the frustration of dealing with that. I will definitely have them back as I move forward with my home improvements.
Chase was an excellent serviceman, thorough and took the time to show me and explain where there were bigger and smaller issues.
Henry is a knowledgeable technician, polite and professional.
Trevor was thorough, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. He was also pleasant and friendly, and was able to answer all our questions. Couldn't be more impressed.

Efficient and concise
Steve was very thorough and took the time to ensure we understood the necessary items and functions of our house and its contents. He caught some things that we know we would have missed otherwise. Well worth the money. Thank you guys!
