Patrick was so helpful in explaining the things during and after the inspection. He was also so thorough that the list of things wrong in the house overwhelmed me at first. He also helped me understand how normal that was and directed me towards what was most concerning rather than sweating the many small things. I am proceeding with buying this house and I feel like Patrick was a huge influence on that decision in the best way.

J’ai fait inspecter ma maison par monsieur Omar Lahlou d’AmeriSpec en janvier 2023. Monsieur Lahlou est très professionnel et il explique tout avec beaucoup de précision. Son inspection est exhaustive et faite dans les moindres détails. Rien ne lui échappe! C’est un inspecteur expérimenté et vraiment sympathique! Il est réfléchi et logique dans ses jugements et il sait mettre les choses en perspective. Je recommande vivement monsieur Lahlou d’AmriSpec. N'hésitez pas, vous ne le regretterez pas!

Mike Loan did an excellent and through inspection of our new home. He fully explained all his findings, answering questions and explaining possible actions that could be taken to correct identified deficiencies.

What do I like? I like the fact that David Furry is a trusted professional. He can be counted on time and time again to deliver results that my Buyers are looking for in order to make educated decisions on home purchase.
His approach is genial and one that ensures that all parties involved are comfortable. Doesn't hurt that he has some pretty humorous anecdotes as well :)
