Our inspector was incredibly thorough both with the physical inspection as well as explaining everything to us in detail and offering possible solutions. On top of that, he was very personable which made the experience so much better! We will definitely be using AmeriSpec again and recommending them to friends, family, and clients.
David was informative and helpful. The information he provided ultimately made it very easy for us to buy the house we were interested in. He went the extra mile in explaining everything that is on the inspection. He did allow this with such positivity and made us feel valued as customers of the service also.
