The appointment was arranged quickly. Chris is quite knowledgeable about the audit and all the processes around the audit, both from a technical point of view and procedurally.

The inspector was quite thorough. He listened to my questions and answered everything I had concerns about. He was efficient and thorough. The house did not end up working out but I will request tgis particular inspector when I decide on my next home, hopefully soon. I am confident he will tell me the issues and find the ones I could never find.

I would have appreciated having the reports done right on site, It would help to speed the whole process up.
Both gentlemen that visited were polite, and as helpful as possible. It’s currently the whole process that is taking too long, which just spoils the whole process.

The technician did a through inspection and gave a very clear verbal report when it was finished which was followed up by a detailed report addressing every aspect of the inspection.
We are buying an older home and the inspection gave us the comfort we would face unforeseen problems down the line.
