The most thorough, clearly detailed and explained written and verbal inspection ever, with great photos that really covered everything.
The inspector was very helpful, pointing out all the areas that could benefit from some modifications to improve the air tightness of the house as well as ways to increase its efficiency

When a senior went to the trouble to move things out of the way it would be nice if your agent could help putting it back and if the knock something down it would be good for them to pick it up. Using a cell phone to send invoice isn't appreciated either. Audit went well
