Very professional
The professionalism, thoroughness and friendliness of the staff was immediately apparent within the first minutes of interaction and it just got better from there. Matt and Chase provided detailed explanations and truly inspected every possible nook and cranny of the residence. Explanation of deficiencies were easy to understand and the generated report provided excellent images.
Dario was very thorough and took time to explain things to us. As potential home buyers, we appreciated his patience with our questions and his honesty about the condition of the home. We would definitely work with him again in the future!

Great inspector and timely service
When I first talked to kevin about an energy evaluation, he talked me through the application process and gave me some ideas on other grant programs avaliable. The Tech that did the inspection was friendly. He explain every process he did. He was very efficient and talked to me about the results.
He showed what grants I was eligble for.

Very professional thorough and honest
Mike, the fellow who did both home inspections was excellent; he arrived on time, was thorough and knowledgeable and explained everything I asked regarding the whole grant process. The results of both inspections were sent to me quickly by email. My only small issue is the total cost for these two inspections was slightly more than several other companies were quoting for apparently the same inspection.
David was very welcoming. I showed up late as he stopped what he was doing and introduced himself and a brief chat about what he had already done. He was very thorough throughout the inspection process. Gave updates as he went along and answered any questions that came to mind. Definitely would recommend.

Andre, the Inspector, did a thorough inspection, and explained to my client and me all the relevant details at the end of the inspection. The Home Inspection Report was delivered by the end of the day if the inspection. Andre was punctual and friendly. A very positive experience!
