Jordan was very thorough when doing his energy audit work. He came to our house on the agreed time as well.
AmeriSpec was good to work with. There was a significant delay in receiving the initial Audit Report from AmeriSpec albeit the delay is a result of delays and bottleneck with Natural Resources Canada reviewing and signing off on the document.
Well done, professional, good quoting software, thorough.

Overwhelming amount of disclaimers and waivers protecting American. You have to be a lawyer to interpret. Consumer rights just as important and should be disclosed as well. Too many references to “limited access”. Otherwise good description and nice presentation.

Our experience to date has been quite positive. Response to our request for an audit was prompt and scheduling occured quickly. Rick (the auditor) was thorough and pleasant. My reason for 7 being that until we have completed the suggested upgrades and received our rebates a overall rating is hard to give.

We had such great service! Reg Deck was absolutely fantastic, this was our first time buying a home and ever getting an inspection and we were quite nervous and lost, Reg was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable he was able to teach us so much and made us feel comfortable with everything, we are also new to the area and he was more then happy to tell us what is around the area and what is great to check out ! We had our 5 year old with us and she was of course sometimes getting in the way as kids do Reg was patient and kind and even involved her in somethings showing her how his cool tools worked ! I was beyond happy with our service and would absolutely recommend this service and Reg to anybody

Jeff does an amazing job from start to finish! He was professional but easy to communicate with. I trusted him from the moment we spoke on the phone that he would follow through and do a great job with us purchasing a commercial property.
