The inspection report was wonderful, very detailed with great pictures. Bill was kind and helpful. It was a bit expensive since the full duplex was charged as 2 homes.
We weren't able to attend our inspection but things were explained very well to family/realtor that were there representing us. We promptly received the findings via email, which were very thorough. It was nice how items of concern were highlighted. Thank you very much!
Can't say enough good things about how thorough the inspection was. Great 11 page report with colour photographs detailing the concerns, and what to do about it. Murray even had ballpark estimates to get the necessary work done. Top service, would highly recommend!

I found Bill to be very friendly and helpful. He was very informative about any minor adjustment that I should look into fixing. And walked me through afew other things that I might need to know incase there might be an issue down the road. I also liked the fact that your company gives me an online booklet to keep records of appliance and record my servicing . My inspection report was completed by the nex day too, so it was done promptly, which is impressive......

The inspector was very thorough and did a great job explaining things and answering questions.
The inspector was as lovely as can be and he covered everything I'm sure he was meant to but I would have liked someone to have checked the roof thoroughly. Big ticket item if there is a problem. What about video by drone and going through with customer and if anything appears to be a possible problem, customer can call in a roof inspector.
