The inspection was completed to my satisfaction ,the rep was polite and willing to discuss any questions I had . The only downside is that the person writing the report messed up .We have gas heating FORCED warm air system not an electric base board system,it caused me some panic and a return trip to house to confirm that the heating is gas .

We (the buyers) identified a couple issues that the inspectors missed during our walk through. I felt like more time could have been taken to inspect the home, especially for the large sum we paid.
At least two items noted on our home inspection that was incorrect. Others over stated as to safety concerns
This is my seventh home, first and last time using this company.
The inspector failed to complete information in the report that was printed on site to include the function of the whirlpool tub and a gap in the siding. The whirlpool tub was tested and had an inoperable jet which was explained to the client, but was not on the report that was handed to them. There was also a small gap in the siding that was viewed behind the gutter extension that was pointed out during the inspection walk around. The inspector let the client know that the items would be added to the report in writing and sent an updated version that same day. Other items overstated as safety issues is simply a matter of opinion. The inspector has to identify items that could pose a potential safety issue based on the standards of practice in which we conform and then the client can ultimately make the decision on whether or not they believe it to be necessary to remedy.
