I will like to see prices next to items that you recommend to be replaced or be fixed.
I will like also to see more professional looking report with better cover sheet and a picture of the assets building.
I do like that you provide the buyer with a jump drive with all the PDF files and pictures.

Seemed very thorough, Patrick was very friendly and open to questions, Patrick also showed me how several things work and explain things. The radon test was very helpful. I feel like we got a lot of good information about our new home .

The inspector was thorough, and left no stone unturned. But was able to explain things to us to be able to understand.

I thought the young man ( Mark I believe ) was very thorough and professional..gave me some tips that I was greatful for...I think this is an essential service as some people have no idea of their energy loss

Joe was very punctual and informative. He answered all of our questions and gave us great suggestions. The Home Maintenance Manual was also very helpful and I'm sure will also prove to be essential in the future.

Ed was Great !!! truthful and honest I appreciate everything he did. I even called him yesterday and left a message on his phone and he called me back right away.

the inspector was friendly, well mannered and extremely thorough. He spent the time to find out what was wrong and explain it to us. there was no doubt in my mind that he gave the place a complete inspection.

Main inspection was very good, but the pool inspection was disappointing. Inspector was unable to answer many of our questions about the equipment. In the future, I would use a pool maintenance company.

Eric took the time to show us what he was doing and how everything worked. It was very helpful for us as first time home buyers to know what we were getting into and how he would recommend fixing the less than part items in the house.
