Extremely quick turnaround and had a report within the next 24 hours. However, it seemed some items could have been checked a little more in depth. I noticed the phrase "beyond the scope of the inspection" listed multiple times in the report.
Inspection was very thorough and showed me things I definitely didn't catch before.
The report laid things out in a way I could understand and highlighted key concerns.

I honestly thought that it would be way more in depth than it was.
Being in the building maintenance and former construction business most issues were already observed.
I guess I understand the liability issues involved in for example "removing suspended ceiling tile" etc. I had thought it was almost like a total code enforcement checkup.
Overall for the general public it's a great piece of mind.

My recollection of the first inspection was that it was thorough and a list of jobs to be completed was left with First name removed. I didn't pay too much attention to the actual inspection but First name removed did, made a list and completed it.
First name removed has since passed away so I can only comment on the final inspection and I hope that what was requested was done and it seemed to be thorough.
The pricing is fair, it's always easy to get an appointment and the reports are easy to understand.
