Hello. My only concern of the entire inspection is that the inspector didn't take into consideration to wear booties or remove their boots while inside the seller occupied home.
I am feeling like it is a bit of a cash grab and that I won’t see the benefit in a rebate as there is so much to show after but will wait and see if I do get the rebate I will be satisfied

I found the inspectors to be friendly and it was easy to ask them questions about things. They were thorough and did a walk-through with me at the end to explain anything that they would note in their inspection that needed to be addressed. They were able to provide me a report within 24 hours, to ensure I could meet the timing of conditions.
