The inspector was very thorough and that led to some things being addressed before settlement. The major defects were fixed, and I was grateful for that!

I called Cal on a Friday and he was there Monday morning. He was friendly, professional and VERY thorough. He explained the process before he started because I had never been through it before. He also provided the inspection report quickly with detailed information and pictures. I am pleased with his work and would definitely use him again. He defiantly exceeded my expectations.

We didnt know anything about the service, it was brought in for us to evaluate for solar panels. as our orginal house inspect a few weeks prior wasnt able to give the solar guys enough information
