So many things were miss. Wirds in the furnace almost cost a house fire.

Very friendly. And through . Was very easy to explain amd answer any questions during inspection. And gave a easy to understand explanation of entire house at the end.
I was happy with the friendly technicians and inspection services on-site. I paid in advance for the complete service we requested which included a sewer scope and the technicians missed the sewer cleanouts and didn't perform the sewer scope inspection at the planned initial visit. When they were directed to the cleanout location the following day, they performed the scope that was previously paid for but I was told that an additional $177 fee was due before they would provide the results of the test. Am I being penalized for your technicians not finding the cleanouts in plain sight in the driveway by the front door requiring a second visit?

For a condominium inspection, I was so impressed with how much time Doug spent making sure that everything was inspected the same as if it were a stand alone home. Not knowing what to expect, I guess it seemed it wouldn't be as extensive and I was wrong. I am glad I was mistaken.

I appreciated Rick's thoroughness and his knowledge base. I found him to be approachable and easy to work with. I let him walk the premises and then was able to follow up once he was done his inspection. He was willing to answer all questions I had, as well as all of the questions that my mom had asked me to pass along. :)
I'd use this service again.
