Inspector cale to inspector the house with out propor equipment to inspect the roof (stair or drone), despite charging for the Service. 5 days later he came back and added the observation the the roof was inspected. I had to send to the builder the partial report first.

Je réfère mes clients chez Amérispec depuis qu'Yves L'Archevêque nous a fait connaitre l'entreprise en 1993 ou 1994. À l'époque j'étais courtier chez Ré/max TMS à Ste-Thérèse et si je me souviens bien la grande majorité des courtiers recommandaient Amérispec à leurs clients immobiliers. Depuis cette époque j'ai connu plusieurs inspecteurs de cette entreprise et tous donnaient un excellent service à nos clients.

Lundi dernier j'ai vu la joie d'une cliente recevant son cartable Amérispec et honnêtement ça ressemblait à des dizaines d'autres clients des années '90, 2000, 2010 et 2020.

Je n'ai pas le choix que de recommander Amérispec car ils sont les meilleurs.

Overall, I am satisfied with the inspector; however, I would have preferred a more detailed assessment. A few items in the home were overlooked, such as the ceiling fans, damaged window screens, and other minor issues and there was some uncertainty regarding certain existing amenities, including the heated floors. When I inquired about the HVAC filter location, he was unable to provide an answer. The inspection also felt a bit rushed at times.
However, the well and septic inspection was conducted very thoroughly, and I am fully satisfied with that portion of the assessment.

The initial home energy audit was excellent. However arranging the post retrofit energy audit was very challenging. It’s important that you figure out the most efficient way to follow-up with clients.
