To do a complete and good faithful job. Just as you expect of me in the process.
Of the 4 estimates given, yours was the highest by at least twice the estimates of the others.
The staff is very helpful.
Seth was very knowledgeable in explaining the different windows and options for financing ..
Great customer service, we were looking to replace 7 windows in our home. Tom, the estimator, discussed our options for each window. He even took the time to adjust one of the windows while he was in our home. Would highly recommend GrayBoyes.
Cost
Looked at what needed to be done gave a good price after discount.
The price was ridiculous!
offered suggestion for repairs
Professional in every way
The representative failed to make his appointment, and left a message hours later that he was double-booked. Consider hiring more people, or offering higher wages if there aren't many applicants.
The wait time for our door was way too long. We have a crack from one end all the way to the other end.
The salesman who came out was very unprofessional, not very friendly and really had no clue what he was talking about.
The morning of my scheduled estimate I received a voicemail cancelling the appointment.
While we were very happy with the representative and the product, the looming supply chain shortages have led us to a different option for now. We will check with Woodland in the future.
Prices to high.
The way the representatives respond to various requests. Professional and very open to responding to unanswered concerns.
We had a wonderful experience with the salesman who came to our house to evaluate our windows and give us pricing estimates. He gave honest assessments, and didn't try to push anything on us. He even helped with giving us some suggestions to help mitigate traffic noise, and fixed a torn screen, for free. He was an absolute pleasure to meet. I will absolutely return to this company for any future window or door needs.
Absolutely, a ridiculous estimate to re-screen my window screens ! 75 bucks each !!! I had the job done for 90 bucks total for 5 screens !
Howard has been quick to respond to inquiries and honest with estimates and suggestions.
Im pleased with everything except this stupid survey
I personally thought you were a little pricey for the job I needed completed.
First schedule appointment on Monday 8/15, the guy arrived and was there to give me a quote on a deck. My appointment was for an addition which he does not do. Not his fault. I called and rescheduled. I was told a guy would be there on Wednesday between 11:30am-1pm. No show and no call. No longer interested. I can see why all yelp reviews are abysmal.
Eric Salas was very informative on how they would go about fixing the problem. He also told was various paths to pay for the being done. All the information he provided was very helpful in getting the ball rolling to fix our siding problem.
I really dislike the business model where home improvement companies require both homeowners to be present to get a quote. In my experience, this means they want to make a hard sell instead of giving a realistic quote that we can compare and think about. We flat out will not schedule a quote with a company who wants me and my husband to both be there for the estimate.
Unfortunately your estimate was approximately 20-25% higher than those given me by other contractors from whom I had requested estimates. There were other important details that were never mentioned, that helped me to decide not to consider you further
Provide detailed price breakdown of all cost from permit to completion.
though salesmen have to be pushy, Mr. Prahl was pushy, but honest. I like that. I was an encyclopedia salesperson once my first two years of college. Not much has changed. But, Mr. Prahl did a good job telling me about every aspect of the job. Even when he couldn't get all the way around the attic. Building impediments were the cause of the attic access.
Where do I start:
Signed contract in March of 2022. Here it is in August and still not one thing has been repaired.
No follow-up as to what the issue is without me initiating it is bad business. Even then, to be dragged along as to what's happening, that really isn't happening is fraudulent. Now after paying my deductible, and waiting 5 months, I gotta find someone else to do the work.
Salesman was 35 minutes late for appointment, no call prior to inform me of that. After sales presentation, was told estimate would be e-mailed to me the next day, no e-mail the next day. Third day, left message on salesmans phone, informing still haven't received estimate. One day after leaving that message, received phone call from salesman, he stated he was ill, would forward estimate. Received estimate but it was nothing more then a price quote, no specifics on what work was to be completed. Poor communication across the board.

I will let you know in a little while
