I am still shopping this job so I can feel comfortable with the finalist. I do have a lower quote but there are a few things lacking in their proposal that I wished were included. Given this, Vista Properties referred Woodland to me so that is a nice check mark to have in your column. If you are inclined to move things along, quicker, a reasonable price reduction will help. Your projects are very expensive. I have requested to have 6 ceiling fans placed and I was told that it would cost a couple of hundred dollars to have just one ceiling fan placed. I just purchased a brand new home and I was told that the electrical setup already exists in each room where I would like the ceiling fans to be placed. I am not paying over $1000.00 to have 6 ceiling fans placed. Sorry. I will look else where.

Yes. No one showed up for the appointment. I called near the end of the scheduled appointment window and was told the technician was in route. Heard nothing after that.
The experience with the sales rep was average. Came in asked only a few questions, measured and was gone. Didn’t elaborate or connected with the consumer. Just took an order.
So far everything. Our sliding glass doors that were installed in the 1990s are still great. Very impressed with the installation and sales. Now, we met with Marcia for a new front door and storm door. She was wonderful. Explained everything and all the details of each door. Spent a lot of time at our house explaining how it all works and up together two great doors. Now we are waiting to hear from Trip to do more measurements.

Estimate too high for a small project
I have reached out twice to the Operational Project Manager and have not gotten a call back I had a couple of questions. He was very responsive at first but now nothing.

No, just compare price given an agreed to it then I think it’s to much. I had a 8x12 paver patio put in an they did some extra garden area work for 4,200$ so the new work on a simple 3 x3 paver pad for walking on to to it from sidewalk. Dosnt add up. Looks like patio based on how many 3x3 sections it has , it would have about ten more amounts of 1500$ an was 4,200 . Very professional work also.so to charge me 1500$ for 3x3 of pavers is not good at all. And I’m supplying the matching bricks an the expensive treated 4x4 size pressure treated wood left from patio job. Not happy
I thought they would give me a estimate for my fence damage, however, they wanted to review my insurance and deal with my insurance which could take weeks. He wanted me to pay my $1,500 deductible, i just came back into the country, just confused about the process.
David Collins the Senior Project Manager was friendly and knowledgeable. David walked me through the process and offered me ways to help with the cost of my projects. He didn't rush through the meeting and when I ask him to look at other projects and give me an estimate he didn't hesitate. The customer services I received form calling the operator and making my appointment to meeting David was beyond my expectations. Once the work is completed I will update my review.

Very knowledgeable from original proposal to completion of project. Installation crew suggested a change of roof-line over the bay window from what we originally chose, and in retrospect it looks so much better than we thought we wanted. It matches the roof-line of the house perfectly.
Everyone there is a pleasure to work with and the results show it.
