Have your contractors not use cell phones that say unknown. I missed my appointment with your person because apparently he called me and I did not answer even though I was waiting for him, because I do not answer calls that say unknown.

The price that's quoted is more then two other contractors that came in to do the same project. I have all the materials to complete the project, and will pull my own permit from the county permit section. I am a Veteran, and this price is a smack in the face. I suggest he retires because he definitely not representing the company well if you're trying to get new clientele.

My basement needed waterproofing.From the start Glen was responsive and listened to my concerns. His estimate was very clear and the price was fair. He was able to get his workers to come and do the job in one day. The work crew was very organized and very professional. The first thing they did is hang plastic to protect my furniture and minimize dust. Denny, the head man asked questions and verified the leak by soaking the area outside with a hose in order to identify where the leak was coming from. They finished the job and cleaned up for the most part. I am very glad I chose Beltway Builders and plan to hire them for some other projects, soon!

The gutters work great and the entire customer service experience is superior from estimator Gabriel, to scheduler Zoe to all the hardworking and efficient installers. All very professional and friendly.
He came, saw the job, took some pictures and said he would send an estimate. I never received one.
I had (2) questions on repair of another window when Joshua came to quote the patio doors. Didn’t here anything so my wife and I stopped in the showroom on October 31 and got my questions answered. I also asked for information on the Marvin patio doors that were quoted. I was told to contact my salesman and he would advise what information is available from Marvin. I want to know if there is data from Marvin on the temperature differential from the outside to inside glass. I sent an E mail to Joshua on Oct 31 regarding this information request. I have not received any response as of this writing. He may be trying to obtain the data from Marvin, but there is no confirmation he is doing anything. I can’t get any response to my questions.
That is why my response to your survey is that I am not likely to purchase patio doors from Woodland.
