Competitive pricing and great sales consultant (Josh). In the end we went with another company for a slightly longer warranty and consistency with other windows in our house that had previously been replaced. I'd recommend Woodland to others.
I received an estimate for a portico replacement of $24k which is more than triple what I thought it should cost so I will get other contractors to provide an estimate for this work.

I wanted to replace a garage window - 3.5 feet by 5 feet. The quote of $5,095 is ridiculous. This is not a "supply chain" issue for the price. You are free to charge whatever price you feel you need to charge...it is your business. I will not be a buyer. Thank you.

My salesman Robert is awesome about answering all my questions - so patient & honest. I can’t use Marvin windows due to my HOA limitations & he is knowledgeable about the Anderson product as well as informed about Pella. Explained installation process thoroughly. Received timely estimates. Very responsive.

Price
I received a quote from Beltway Builders, Will Kidwell, that gave a price of $6,890 that would be valid for 7 days or $6,200 which would be valid for 3 days. The prices reflected projected costs for permits and the architectural design. When I asked for a listing of what the price included, Mr. Kidwell said he did not have access to that information and has not gotten back to me.
I am receiving proposals from other companies. Each has been able to isolate costs for permits, building materials and the architectural design. Each took pictures and measurements of the area on which I would like the addition. Mr. Kidwell seemed to imply that Beltway Builders could not provide an approximate cost for my project. Therefore, I have eliminated Beltway Builders from consideration for my project.
