I scheduled an appointment for Monday, October 17, 2022. When I spoke with the young lady (I believe her name was Terri) the previous week to schedule the appointment, I was very specific with my needs. I actually spoke with two women and the first transferred me to Terri (?). When David/Dave came that Monday, he did not have the equipment he needed to provide me with an estimate. I reiterated to him what I needed and he said my specific needs were not communicated to him. He then told me that he would be back the next day to complete the estimate because he needed a drone to do this, as I needed you all to look on my roof. He never returned and I never heard from anyone regarding this except for this email. I also asked him for other estimates, which I did not receive. I waited until the end of the week to see if anyone from your company would reach out to me but I have heard nothing. Thus, the reason for the score. I absolutely hate giving negative feedback. However, I did not receive any assistance with this. I will state, though, that although I did not receive any service from you all, the individuals were nice in their demeanor. This is disappointing, especially since I received many calls from you all checking to see if I needed any work done.

Waiting on a quote almost 2 week.

The quote was over 4x the amount quoted from another licensed and insured contractor.

The rep. told me about the State grant available to me because of my low income, and I immediately applied.

I received a free estimate for a project and it was overpriced. I believe some companies are raising prices due to inflation despite the job.

Decided on another company that is also doing roof repair for us. Pricing was also a consideration.

Fast and efficient quote, all questions answered, feel comfortable that the installation will be as efficient.

So far I'm happy however, we'll see if things run as smoothly Friday afternoon.

I was pleased with Patricia's promptness and impressed with her calling to see if we were available for an earlier visit. She was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Normally I would wait for the other appointments to get a feel for what would be available but Patricia knew exactly what needed to be done and said her team could complete the job this Friday, 21 Oct 22.

We'll have everything ready for when they show - we'll see what happens.

Bruce is a great salesperson/project manager. He took the time to thoroughly explain the products along with pros and cons to ensure I made an informed decision.
