Your estimate was significantly higher than others received
Replacement windows in a condo building are pricey. Those of us living in buildings are locked in to a particular window without choices.
Every time I needed them, they had very convenient days, and times. The work was done right the first time.

Asked for a breakdown of quote, don’t have that yet. Most but not all of what was discussed in quote. Quote seems extraordinarily high, but I can’t tell if that was just part of the project or if everything was generally high. Based on what I have how I don’t think it’s cost effective though.

Not within my price range
Have been trying to get a window replacement quote since my appointment on the 13th. I was told it would be emailed by the 18th. I had to personally send an email on the 21st and I'm still waiting on this price estimate.
The only communication I've had with you guys since the appointment have been these emails for feedback. If it's this hard just to get pricing I would be incredibly wary to proceed with a contract at this point, sorry.
Have contacted Matt twice re acceptance of 2 of 3 estimates given. No response. No longer interested in working or recommending your company.
The knowledge demonstrated and professional demeanor of the expert that was assigned to my project as well as the call ahead for the appointment and timeliness of his arrival at my home. He was also able to give us a projected start day snd expected duration for completion of the project that was acceptable to us. A rating of 10 is appropriate
