They never emailed me the estimate.
Someone that refers to himself as "Texas" Greg screams right wing to me. He needs to take a minute to feel out his audience before launching into his insincere schpiel.
The prices were outrageous, especially with the long turnaround time. Rather than price us out, you could just say you are too busy. We also don't like our time being wasted.
We definitely will be contacting you guys sometime in early 2023. More than likely in the February timeline. As we have mentioned before , we need an estimate on a two-story attached garage with a finished second level. Also we would need a sub-panel installed for the garage. We were also thinking of the possibility of a full bathroom and a closet for the second level depending on the price difference but definitely a closet so it is at least a bedroom. Off the top of my head the only other thing would be an individual heating/cooling type heat pump for the second floor and of course some windows. We can't wait until next year to get this project started. Sincerely John & Donna Last name removed.

My family lives on a fixed income. I want and need competitive prices for any work that is performed in my home. This was my first estimated cost on my project. I may discover this is the best price. In that case, I will probably use Beltway Builders, Inc.

The man who came to give me a quote on a job that would take about 1/2 hour wanted to charge an astronomical rate. Likely because he looked around the neighborhood and thought he could. It was also extremely unprofessional to ask to come in my home for a job that was outside to use the bathroom. I was so disappointed with this company. When people come into a nice neighborhood and then deal with the wife instead of the husband it is ridiculous they think they can charge an enormous rate for a small job. Like women are idiots. Something has to change with contractors in this world that try to rip off people after making a judegment on them from the neighborhood they live in or being a woman. It is insane!
I received several confirmation request for our planned meeting (1.5 hour window) which I confirmed multiple times and spoke "live" with someone the day before. However, you guys were a NO SHOW! It was a significant waste of my time and money. I did receive a call, after the window…. Very disappointing.
I had a very productive meeting with Patricia Owens. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in our discussion of my project. She very quickly provided me with a detailed estimate of the cost of the project. I was very impressed with her ability to guide me through planning and choosing the materials that will be needed.
The nice man Greg came, but this job was not in his area of expertise.
