As scheduled I met your technician yesterday to have a quote on a project to finishing retaining walls in the garden. The gentleman was inpatient and he left in a rush in minutes, barely willing to finish the conversation with me. He criticized the existing walls and repeated: Only one way to do it: The right way! Customers need detailed information and constructive advice, not such overly simplistic lecture.
price was too high...we had other estimates lower
The price was way to high. I had it done for 1/3 of your price.
I had an appointment on 4/19/23 between 4pm-530pm at 4608 Panacea Rd. Pikesville, Md. 21208. I took off from work early to be at my home. The person never came and I did not receive notice that he would not come. I was disapointed by the lack of communication and commitment.
Very prompt and great project manger
The tech that came out to give us an estimate was friendly and very helpful (David Collins). We haven't decided yet which company we're going to go with if any. Other things have come up and our painting project may have to be delayed.
Quality of products and services
I didn't care for two contractors at same location bidding for same job.
Price was about 4 times other quotes.
They grasped my idea.
Your representative, Billy, was very helpful, understood are situation, and knowledgeable about products. Made suggestions but was not high pressure....so refreshing. Also had an estimate delivered within 3 hours of meeting with us...outstanding!
I think the quoted price was too high for the size of the deck and what had to be done.

There doesn’t seem to be anything complicated about the replacement, they are easily accessible.

Quality. I have previously replaced a large bow window and sliding glass door on my previous home. I absolutely loved the windows, craftsmanship, quality, and appearance. For that reason I am looking to replace all of my windows and slider on my current home.
I want a good job done. I had another estimate, which is lower, however I did not get a good feeling. I must trust my gut. I am waiting to hear back from HOA if I need approval from board prior to proceeding.
