The work remains to be scheduled. But so far the response to our request and visit by the rep was immediate. And he was able to provide an estimate on the spot. The cost estimate was well within our expectations. So far so good
Yes, we thought that the estimate to power wash and stain our deck--$3157, which is what we paid to install the deck--was excessive and completely out of our price range. We will try to find other estimates which are more reasonable within our budget, and perhaps I will stain the deck myself, as I have done in previous years. Thank you for your service. Estimater was very rude and left in a huff before we even finished discussing the project. Wouldn't recommend them to build a dog house!!

The services described by the representative were less comprehensive and exponentially higher in cost than other proposals I received for the same project. It seemed as though my project was not worth the company's time, and it evidently didn't warrant a written proposal.
From my initial visit to your showroom to the appointment with a salesman, both were very professional informative, and thorough in the explanation of the product, warranty and installation process.
Way over priced
Chris was terrific. Scheduling the estimate was easy. Nothing really to improve on.
Unfortunately pricing was a bit more than I was expecting.
The quote was much higher than anticipated and couldn't justify spending over $4200 to fix. Had a second quote from a flooring company to fix the same problem for $1400
