Your man Brian came out when you said he would and was polite and knowledgeable. He answered our questions. We are waiting for an estimate on cleaning and repairing our oriental carpets.
I was unprepared for naming specific projects.

Quality. I have previously replaced a large bow window and sliding glass door on my previous home. I absolutely loved the windows, craftsmanship, quality, and appearance. For that reason I am looking to replace all of my windows and slider on my current home.
I want a good job done. I had another estimate, which is lower, however I did not get a good feeling. I must trust my gut. I am waiting to hear back from HOA if I need approval from board prior to proceeding.

your price was three times what Angie estimated it to be. that gap is insaine. Salesman said he would email a copy of the quote......has not happened....thats whats called a RED FLAG
