This is a second time we've worked with Beltway. The response time is always good and Glenn is always helpful and very professional.
Evaluated what needed to be done with fair price. Made a variety repairs within a day including installing a new fan in the bedroom and new stove vent exhaust on an exterior brick wall.
Pricing was much higher compared to others.

The prices were outrageous, especially with the long turnaround time. Rather than price us out, you could just say you are too busy. We also don't like our time being wasted.
We definitely will be contacting you guys sometime in early 2023. More than likely in the February timeline. As we have mentioned before , we need an estimate on a two-story attached garage with a finished second level. Also we would need a sub-panel installed for the garage. We were also thinking of the possibility of a full bathroom and a closet for the second level depending on the price difference but definitely a closet so it is at least a bedroom. Off the top of my head the only other thing would be an individual heating/cooling type heat pump for the second floor and of course some windows. My family lives on a fixed income. I want and need competitive prices for any work that is performed in my home. This was my first estimated cost on my project. I may discover this is the best price. In that case, I will probably use Beltway Builders, Inc.

The man who came to give me a quote on a job that would take about 1/2 hour wanted to charge an astronomical rate. Likely because he looked around the neighborhood and thought he could. It was also extremely unprofessional to ask to come in my home for a job that was outside to use the bathroom. I was so disappointed with this company. When people come into a nice neighborhood and then deal with the wife instead of the husband it is ridiculous they think they can charge an enormous rate for a small job. Like women are idiots. Something has to change with contractors in this world that try to rip off people after making a judegment on them from the neighborhood they live in or being a woman. It is insane!
