So far my interaction with the representative who came to my home was good.
the project was a lot more expensive that I had expected. I just had no idea of the cost. I appreciate the time and professionalism that was exhibited. I would hire this contractor for another project with no reservations, in the future. (just not this particular project)
As of this morning we have yet to receive our contract with the portion of payment required. We are return customers who are waiting to be placed on calendar for our project. We have called Mr. Poster for it but still have not had it completed.

Too expensive
Our salesperson was great. He was very knowledgeable and professional. However, the price we were quoted is approximately $3K higher than the quote we received from the company that did half our windows before. You are not out of the running, but we will have to seriously consider all alternatives.

Prices are too high for small and large job for which I requested an estimate.

Happy with your guy. On time and quick with getting back to me with a quote but the quote was missing some of the big details of the project. I responded to him via email and mentioned this and still haven’t heard back.
We received an honest assessment of our situation and prompt set up for an estimate. We ultimately went with a competitor's lower bid since you could not beat it so price was the reason for not continuing.

I received a quote and was hoping for a breakdown.

There was a third party involved with the repair request. There was no advance communication nor a call to say they were in route. Also, the issue was plumbing and they sent a electrician who couldn't triage the issue.
the rep was too expensive and obnoxious
On yesterday the Project manager did an evaluation of the scope of work that we need done; after his evaluation he stated he would send a preliminary estimate the same evening.
The estimate was not received, I called and spoke with him today; he stated he would send by lunch time.
So far nothing has been sent; this kind of action is heartening, we explained to him that timing was important to us, we want to get project started ASAP. He seemed sincere in his promise
to deliver.
We were really hopeful that your company would be able to do our home project for an addition.

The entire consultation process has been great so far! Lots of timely communication to ensure we’re getting what we want that works best for our installation! Now we’re patiently awaiting the arrival and installation of our products. We understand there are expected long lead times, but we feel confident that this is going to be a great finished result once complete!
The estimator had great energy but did not give me any options. The quote seemed random and not details on what product we selecting.
