Never heard back regarding the estimate. Left VM for technician and still no callback. Call the main office and get VM or bounced around before getting a real person

I was very impressed with your staff. They seem to genuinely care about you and your project and are not high powered salespeople who pressure or manipulate you.
Their ability to provide information about the product, but mostly the fact that they are a
"one stop shop". Clients really like that fact.

Late in out quickly
I had under estimated the cost, so looking to see how much I can do myself. I am primarily interested in just getting quote for a significantly smaller project, just the stairs area.
I reached out to Childers Brothers for a quote on some flooring needs for the City of Dumas, the company rep which meet with us (Mr. Cantu) was very professional and friendly. Mr. Cantu was very thorough in explaining the products and services which Childers Brothers provides.
After explaining our needs and asking some questions that we had, Mr. Cantu was honest and clear as to what product and service would best meet our needs.

Your salesperson needs cultural diversity training. Specifically, unconscious bias. He clearly demonstrated to us that he was not interested in our project. We will not spend 60-90k with this company. We will not recommend this company to any persons of color.
I was very impressed with the project manager who came to my home. His name was Tony Errera. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Based upon my experience with Tony, I will consider Beltway Builders for future projects.

When Ryan came to my house, he was very good, professional, and knowledgeable. I can't pull up the email right now, and the person who has been CCed on his emails is very good, responsive and knowledgeable. However, the first time I got the quote, the descriptions were missing. This was very strange and confusing. And then when I got the description, it was in the body of the email, and if you print it, it was impossible to read all of the line items. This has been so frustrating that I've nearly given up. I would have if it wasn't for my sister who recommended your company.
The price quoted was very high.

I am sick and tired of dealing with a company that feels as though giving ridicule so expensive
estimates for minimal projects. Such your estimate to install my safely pool cover. this is a project that should take a 1/2 day, you give it as a two day time frame. I would purchase the solid safety cover, which would need between 15 to 20 holes drilled for which anchor would be placed then the cover would be attached.You gave me an insane estimate of $2800. I have gotten estimates from pool companies with estimates for doing the hole job of between $2600 to$3000 that's with them providing the cover.Their installation cost was $800 to do exactly what I am requesting from you.Don't know how you come to your estimate figures but you have lost me as a customer now and for ever.You have such disrespect for your customer. I know what will say about this response, if you don't like it go somewhere else, will I quess I will. I also feel other should know of my experience,will be posted on social media.
