I was impressed with your contact person but the price was twice as much as any other other contractor that made a QUOTE. So I went with a different contractor based on price..

The sales guy wasn’t quite knowledgeable about the products you sell and the details thereof. I got 6 bids and only yours was twice the amount. Clearly, the other five companies knows or have expertise in window installation on high floors that your company lacks.
Scheduling is fast and installations have been efficient and clean.
Everything was great but I'm on a budget..little high for me

Beltway Builders hasn't started the project yet. I like the way the representative presented himself and his approach to the project. But I'm sure that I will be using Beltway Builders
Gabriel was informative and well spoken. We had a good conversation in general. The product is exactly what we need for our facility.
Representative went to wrong building. Was not in good health, could hardly walk. Gave a ratty old card. Not very professional.
Pricing was just too high for the jobs i wanted done.
The guy who came out to do the evaluation of the area was on time and was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. We have not received the quote yet. If the price is right, we look forward to moving forward with this project and others in the future!

Paul was very nice but the ability to assimilate our information and apply it to your products was very awkward.
Communicative. Glenn was running late. I have no problem with that because I know that things don’t always go to schedule. But he called and even came out late in the evening to keep to the same day.
Responsive sales, but I was concerned about a few things. Also I was frustrated at having to call to get questions answered rather than by email. My days were booked, so I never had time to call during the day to get answers on the questions I sent via email. Eventually it just wasn't worth it and we went with one of your competitors.
- Misspoke on DIY availability of competitor we were looking at as a reason to not look at them.
- Emphasis on water damage part of warrantee. Since it's only for up to $1500 of your deductible, it's more of a marketing cost than a financial backing of the product.
- No system is "set it and forget it". Be upfront with maintenance required. Especially here in the NW were moss/mildew are an issue with micro-mesh systems.
We are looking for window replacements, not construction of the entire bays.

I really appreciated the promptnesses and thorough evaluation of the work that I needed done. Joe Van was easy to talk to and didn’t try to push more work than what was asked of or needed.
