The price quoted to re-install a security door nearly exceeded the original cost and installation of the door. Give me a break! Do you think we are that gullible. You can’t even justify the quote.
Impressed by your sales rep Ryan and in store personnel. Also appreciate being able to see product in store. Still working on comparable quotes. Woodland will definitely be one of my finalists as we’re working to get the most favorable price for a quality patio door at a quality price.
I haven't received a quote yet and the technician giving the quote was pretty vague about the costs and amount of work needed for the repairs.

Your representative (Howard Bottinger) arrived over an hour before his appointment time. When I mentioned that to him his response was, "Well, it's the weekend . . ." Really?? So I'm just supposed to be available on his time and not at the scheduled appointment time? What are appointments for? I let him in - in my pajamas!!!!! I showed him the job and mentioned I was going to paint the room after the tile was removed and he mentioned they could do that too. I asked if he could give me a quote with AND without painting the room. He gave me ONE quote, not WITH and WITHOUT painting. Apparently, this man does whatever he wants! At the beginning of the visit I told him I was getting estimates from other contractors. At the end, when he told me his quote and asked me what I thought, I reiterated that I am getting estimates from others. He also doesn't listen!

The estimator did not pressure me and he seemed knowledgeable. He was also on time for the appointment.
I asked for a specific service and was told that your company would not provide the requested service.
Well, at first the experience started out strong with the reminders and the fact that the person who came out to evaluate my home called to specify when he would be coming. I appreciate that. However, upon arrival, the person appeared to be stand offish and in a rush. He held the conversation on the front porch and the conversation only lasted a few minutes. He stated that all quotes would be the same price when I said that more than one company was evaluating the issue. The photos taken did not actually capture the solar panel that was leaking because that solar panel was located at the back of the house, but he did not have this information because he rushed the conversation. Additionally, because he rushed the conversation, I was only provided a quote for the repair of the roof when I actually wanted a quote for both the cost of repairing and the cost of replacing the roof. Since I ultimately decided to replace the roof, I couldn't even consider Beltway Builders as an option because they were the only company that did not provide a quote for replacing the roof. Additionally, all other companies discussed the process for replacing/repairing the roof discussing what materials would be used, what visual changes would occur, and what timeframe would be needed to complete the job. They also discussed the warranties that would be offered with a repair versus a replacement. None of this was discussed with Beltway Builders.
