the price, the project mgr. and the service
Bruce was very professional and provide frank insight on what it took to do the project. He spoke frankly what needed to be done and why he felt the way he recommended.. He also provide other options but provide caution on why this may not be the best to to go. It wa refreshing to hear such a honest and no non-sense view. He also kept his word and provide me a reasonalbe estamate on getting the work done. I have one more contractor to get a bid from but I am very impress with Bruce from Beltway Builder and look forward to working with him.
Quote was out of my budget range.
I placed my order back in late spring- I noted the project completion dated is Oct. However a followup call at least 3-4 months later just to update the status would be appreciated.
Offer very high price, compare other company offer better price. I chose to get low price.

The guy coming to give the estimate was late. We were getting an estimate on repairing our sliding glass door. He said we needed a new door, which we didn’t, and said we would receive an estimate via email. We never received an email and had our door repaired by a friend of ours.
Ver disappointed in Beltway Builders. I would not use or recommend them to anyone.
The time and patience to go over the contract.

First, you all never emailed me the estimate as you promised, which is very unprofessional. You may get a lot of business, but please follow through with your promises as a professional organization. I would never refer you all to anyone.
I went on Angi and I clearly stated I was looking for interior door companies. When I received a call from your company I again stated I was only interested in companies that specialize in interior doors, I’m not interested in having the area completely reworked with doors from Home Depot. Your estimate is for major work being done in a home that is only one year old. This is NOT what I’m interested in
For now the price is double what I'm willing to pay
Quote came back very hi for just labor. $900 to hang 1 pair of shutters and trim. 3/4 hour job tops. This is with me supplying all materials. Probably because I am disabled and guy knew I couldn’t do work myself
Josh was great. We initially thought it was a problem but turns out it was intentional for reasons we never even considered. He explained everything and gave recommendations that favored our future plans overall.
Still researching windows but seems like a good product

Kevin was very helpful, personable and efficient. I appreciated his thoroughness and friendliness. I would like to proceed with using Graboyes but the price is just too high. I am retired and do not have much discretionary income.
