The lead time for installation of products we might be interested in is too long or impractical to meet our needs. We're short-timers as home owners and even shorter time occupants. We would need job completion before Fall, or we would need to delay the job until next Spring, if we still own the home over winter.
The way Robert presented the company and product and services.
Price and time to install is still under consideration.
Cost. We have decided to proceed with another vendor.

I inquired about a project, and the timely scheduled an appointment date to provide me with an estimate. The estimate was easy to understand and clear. They followed up to see if I had any additional questions on the estimate.

Josh came by earlier than expected to fit us into his busy schedule and give us a quote. We can tell the Woodland Way puts the customers first and everyone was so kind on the phone and in person. This is the reason it has been around so many years and so successful, thank you so much and we won't be calling anyone else for our home needs!
No - Josh was great. We were just not prepared for the sticker shock ($16,000 - $17,000) and timing for installation (December/January). We have not make a final decision yet and I'm checking out a couple of other options - one of which is to do nothing right now!

The estimate given was overly inflated. It was $8,900 I had two other contractors out before Beltway Builders came out. And their estimates were less than half the price of the estimate I received, with more work to be performed.

The quote was a bit higher then I thought so I think we’re going to wait on the service. But your company will be on our list of companies we will use in the future.

I like the professionalism but things are still kind of tight now in this economy and people are still looking for the best price as well.
