Because I told you I contracted with someone else and you won't STOP BUGGING ME.
You costs for the door exceded then cost of another bid by $1,500 for a similar door.
Beltway Builders proposal was very good. However, a closer look at my current budget shows that the money would be put to better use elsewhere.

Estimator was over 1 and a half hour late so we canceled
I was told to expect a phone call yesterday. I am waiting one more day before calling your office
I was bombarded with phone calls and text messages immediately after requesting information. It was a holiday weekend and I asked to be called on Tuesday, but the phone calls continued over the weekend.
Once we scheduled a time for a free consultation, I re-arranged my work schedule to make sure I was home in time, and then the representative never showed up.
The man you sent was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Your estimate was unreasonably high. I got another quote that was 1/3 the price.
Scott did a very great job. He was neat and cleaned up after the job. Not many would do that.
The estimator was certainly friendly enough. The estimate was astronomical! Approximately 45 minute to 1 hour job estimated at $850.00, holy crap! The next day I found a company who performed the repair on the spot for $100.00. I gave them extra for lunch. I had told your estimator that if they didn't want to do the job because it was too small, I would understand that. The company that actually performed the repair was here for about 40 minutes.

So far I liked that I had prompt response to my request for an Estimate. I haven't decided to go with your company yet though, as I'm waiting for other estimates from other contractors.

1st appointment no show, called same woman who booked appt said wasn't on schedule. But had email. Gave another chance explained I was available ony from 10-11:30 . Said ok 10 then told me 10-1 on email. . Sorry but that wasn't satisfactory for me
